Managed DEF and lubricant supply for trucking fleets
How this operation runs short
Every tractor burns DEF with its diesel, and a yard that runs dry parks trucks. Buying jugs at retail wastes driver time; unmanaged totes run out on the weekend the dispatcher least expects.
Our programHow we supply it
We meter bulk DEF into your yard storage on a schedule planned from your actual fuel burn, and bring engine oil, coolant and washer fluid on the same drop. One supplier keeps every yard supplied, with every delivery documented for your records.
What we deliver
- Bulk DEF into yard storage
- Heavy-duty engine oils (15W-40, 10W-30)
- Coolant and antifreeze
- -40°C washer fluid by the case or drum
- Grease, filters and shop supplies
Storage & equipment
Totes for smaller yards, 2,000 to 5,000 L stationary tanks with pumps and metering for high-volume terminals, heated setups for winter.
Common questions
How do you size a DEF program for a trucking fleet?
From your diesel volumes. Modern SCR engines dose DEF at roughly 3 to 5% of diesel burned, so fuel data gives us monthly consumption, storage size and refill frequency. See our DEF consumption guide for the planning figures.
Can deliveries fit our dispatch windows?
Yes. Drops are scheduled around your yard hours, and mid-route emergencies are covered by emergency delivery across Ontario.
Do multi-yard fleets get consolidated billing?
Yes. Multiple locations ride one account: account pricing, consolidated invoicing and portal visibility across yards.
