One supplier for everything your fleet burns through
We assess your operation, install the required equipment, replenish it on schedule and keep it operating. One program, one accountable partner.
Scheduled bulk delivery
Our tankers fill your on-site storage with DEF, engine oil, coolant, washer fluid and hydraulic oil, metered and documented on every drop. Refill frequency is planned from live tank levels and your actual consumption, so tanks are topped up before they run low. Set the schedule once; deliveries run on their own from there.
Get fleet pricingWe invest in the infrastructure behind your supply program
Purchasing fluid should not require every customer location to build its own dispensing system from scratch. For qualifying supply programs, Eco Fleet can provide and install storage tanks, pumps, meters, reels, hoses and dispensing equipment based on your product usage, site configuration and delivery requirements.
Multi-site operations are welcome. Whether you operate one yard or several locations, we can design a consistent storage and dispensing setup for each site and coordinate replenishment through one accountable supply program.
- Equipment sized around actual consumption
- Single-site and multi-location installations
- Totes (1,000 L) through stationary tanks (2,000 to 5,000 L), pumps, meters and dispensing systems
- Winter-ready equipment options
- Live tank-level monitoring on equipped storage
- Installation coordinated by Eco Fleet
- Replenishment and equipment support under one agreement
Equipment availability, ownership and commercial terms are determined by product volume, site assessment and the supply agreement.

When equipment stops, our technicians respond
Experienced fluid-equipment technicians provide troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance for tanks, pumps, meters, hoses, reels and dispensing systems covered by an Eco Fleet service agreement. A pump that will not dispense is a different emergency than an empty tank, and we respond to both.
- Pump and dispenser troubleshooting
- Hose, nozzle, fitting and reel repairs
- Meter and control-system checks
- Preventive inspections and wear-component replacement
- Winterization and seasonal maintenance
- Equipment service records and priority breakdown response

Emergency product delivery
A low tank does not wait for next week. Emergency deliveries are available across Ontario with rapid turnaround, and after the drop we tighten your schedule so it does not happen again. For equipment breakdowns, see equipment support above: that is a different emergency, with its own response.
